A Note About the Quality of the Product

DISCOLORATION
Stainless systems are designed to have character. Natural coloring will occur from heat cycles on the bike. Depending on the tune, outside temperature, dyno runs, etc some pipes will change colors faster than others. There is nothing wrong with color change as this is expected. Some other factors that may contribute to discoloration would be: improper air/fuel ratio, dirty pipes, long periods of idling, or slow speed travel under load. Please see a reputable dealer for the proper configuration for your application. Discoloration is not a manufacturing or process issue. SP Concepts does not warranty bluing or discoloration.
CERAMIC COATINGS
Ceramic coatings are applied by hand held sprayers which may cause minor differences in the finish. Small flaws and/or marks or inclusions in the finish do not always constitute an issue covered by warranty or a flawed product. If upon inspection, you disagree, or, if the finish is very obviously flawed, please call us before you install the system. Coated systems look great out of the box, but there is a life expectancy on coatings especially under extreme heat. Fading over time will occur and is not warrantied. Any coated systems will need to be re-coated eventually depending on the conditions rode in and the tune on the bike. These coatings will not stand chemical agents and should only be washed with soap and water to prolong the life of the system.
IF THE PRODUCT BREAKS
We will do our best to remedy the situation. SP Concepts products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. The warranty department of SP Concepts must authorize all returns.
Defective Parts
SP Concepts replaces defective parts only, not the full system. SP Concepts reserves the right to inspect all parts related to a warranty claim and to refuse any warranty claim upon inspection of said parts.

Returns
All items must be New and Unused which include mounted systems and ran systems. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item. A 10% re-stocking fee of each item will incur for any item returned that does not fall under any warranty related reason.
